In breve

Polvere o estratto: cosa cambia?

Coltivato in Italia, in grotte secolari

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT REISHI

Relax & Immunity: Reishi

Why is there so much talk about Reishi?

Also known as Ganoderma lucidum and celebrated in Asian traditions as “the mushroom of immortality”, Reishi has accompanied Eastern practices dedicated to well-being and the body's balance for thousands of years. Today, it is one of the most studied functional mushrooms in scientific research, thanks to the presence of bioactive compounds such as beta-glucans and triterpenes, which are the subject of numerous studies for their role in the body's natural adaptation and defense processes.

Why are triterpenes so widely studied?

Triterpenes are a class of molecules characterized by a unique chemical structure, responsible for many of the properties that have attracted research interest in Reishi. In particular, they are studied for their possible involvement in mechanisms related to the inflammatory response, oxidative stress, and the body's balance.

Powder or extract: what's the difference?

Powder naturally preserves the mushroom's phytocomplex, while extract concentrates certain bioactive molecules through specific extraction processes.
The choice depends on the desired use, and generally on the quality of the raw material and the processing method.

Why is our Reishi different?

Because everything starts with cultivation.
Our Reishi is cultivated in Italy, in centuries-old caves, in small batches, and processed in purity. A short and fully traceable supply chain that prioritizes the quality of the raw material.

Why don't you source your mushrooms from China?

Mushrooms cultivated in China are generally significantly cheaper to source. However, there is not always a guarantee of traceability and consistent quality.

This is why we have chosen to cultivate our Reishi in Italy rather than importing it.
This allows us to directly oversee every stage of production, work in small batches, guarantee a traceable supply chain, and offer a product of consistent quality.

100% Organic Mushrooms

100% Organic Mushrooms

All our mushrooms are organic, cultivated in small batches on natural substrates and in controlled environmental conditions. This approach allows us to ensure healthy growth that respects natural rhythms, while optimizing the development of bioactive compounds. Every stage of cultivation is carefully monitored to ensure product quality, purity, and traceability. We work without forcing the process, allowing the mushroom to express its full potential.

Functional mushrooms support the body's natural ability to adapt to stress, thanks to a complex synergy of bioactive compounds that act in a complementary way. Among these, polysaccharides, beta-glucans, and triterpenes contribute to supporting the immune system, the balance of the nervous system, and overall resilience. Their effect is progressive and works deeply, guiding the body towards a more stable and lasting state of balance over time.

Our drying, pulverization, and extraction processes are designed to preserve the integrity of the mushroom and enhance its entire phytocomplex: low-temperature drying prevents the degradation of the most sensitive bioactive elements, ensuring a broad spectrum of active ingredients, while double extraction allows for the isolation of both water-soluble and fat-soluble components. This approach enables us to obtain a rich and complete profile of active ingredients, improving their bioavailability and ensuring stability, purity, and potency.

How is it taken

Add half to one teaspoon (about 1–2g) directly into food or beverages of your choice.

You can mix it into milk, coffee, smoothies, soups, and many other hot or cold preparations. For best results, it's important to take it daily and consistently. A 16-week cycle is recommended, followed by a 4–8 week break.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use if you are allergic to mushrooms. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
