To obtain optimal results, each parameter of the growth cycle is carefully monitored: temperature, light, humidity and aeration are calibrated to replicate the natural growth conditions of each species. Dehydration to preserve all the active compounds
At the end of the growth process, our mature mushrooms are harvested and subjected to a dehydration process. This technique not only prevents the deterioration of the product, but ensures that all the beneficial compounds, present in the different parts of the mushroom, are preserved intact. Once dried, the mushrooms are ground to obtain fine and homogeneous powders, easy to integrate into the diet, for a versatile and effective daily use.
