Solid fermentation allows us to replicate the natural conditions of mushroom development . To obtain optimal results, each parameter of the growth cycle is carefully monitored: temperature, light, humidity and aeration are calibrated to replicate the natural growth conditions of each species. In this way we guarantee a development as faithful as possible to the natural one and maximize the production of secondary metabolites.

At the end of the growth process, our mature mushrooms are harvested and subjected to a dehydration process.
