How to take it

Add half to one teaspoon (about 1–2g) directly into food or beverages of your choice.

You can mix it into milk, coffee, smoothies, soups, and many other hot or cold preparations. For best results, it's important to take it daily and consistently. A 16-week cycle is recommended, followed by a 4–8 week break.
